Norfolk County Council holds elections every 4 years in all of its 84 county divisions. The next election is due in May 2013. Norfolk County Council will publish prior to this election a prospective councillor's guide. This guide will give an overview of what it takes to be a county councillor, the time commitments, the constraints, the rewards and the demands over a four-year term of office as an elected member of the council.
