
Diana Clarke
Corporate Affairs Spokesperson
Diana was born in Lancashire and moved, with her family, to Norfolk in the late 60's. After graduating with a science degree from Leicester University and a year in Canada, Diana returned to Norfolk to become a manager in the Health Service working in a variety of senior management posts in Strategic Planning and Commissioning in Essex ,London and Norfolk. Diana's last post was as Chief Executive of the North Norfolk Primary Care Trust from which she retired in 2007. Diana is very active within her community, she is currently Chair of the Griffon Area Partnership for North Walsham and the 25 surrounding villages which aims to promote and influence regeneration and local improvements in the quality of life for people in those communities. Diana also spends much of her time working with young people serving as Vice Chair of the Benjamin Foundation which predominantly serves young people in need across the County and is a governor of Paston 6th Form College. In addition Diana is a lifelong member of the St John Ambulance and is involved in the Adventure training opportunities for the younger members. Diana will use her varied professional skills, experience and knowledge as spokesperson for Corporate Affairs for the Liberal Democrat Group and to have a vocal part in the formulation of policy both for the group and the Council.

Diana is married with 2 teenage children (still in full time education) and has 3 cats.
