Paul Morse
Liberal Democrat Group Leader
Paul has lived in North Walsham for almost 20 years and has been a county councillor since 2005. He is the Group Leader of the Liberal Democrats. Previously he worked in Local Government in the Careers Service, holding posts in Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Berkshire before running the service in Norfolk where he managed its transition to a private company. Since then he has worked in management training, mentoring and business advice. Paul is a committed champion for his area and works extremely hard to address local issues. He has been very active trying to resolve long-standing flooding issues locally and to develop youth provision including setting up a youth forum in North Walsham. He also sits on the town centre development group, is a school governor at the Junior and High Schools and Paston College. Paul works hard with all his Parish Councils and has been particularly active in Walcott supporting the Flood Wardens.
"To try and make a positive difference to my local community, particularly for those individuals who are most at risk. I enjoy trying to solve people's problems. Norman Lamb MP encouraged me to stand and continues to be a source of inspiration."
